Hey big bird!

How would you feel about driving down to westmont to pick up a few computer parts?

You can get that if you go to the westmont microcenter...

You can get something very very similar outside of there but not as good looking imo... plus if you actually will do an MIR you will get 20$ back from your motherboard making is 79$

Pretty sure he'll get a discount for buying cpu+mobo combo from microcenter, I think $50 of or so.

Thanks, Funion, I like that.
I think I'll make that drive. Do I need to call it in to Microcenter or can I just go there and get them?
As far as the case goes, the LED is on the fan, right? I like the case but would prefer it green rather than red. Was thinking of replacing with one of these http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cougar-case-fan-cfd12hbg
Also, I can't decide if I'll want an optical drive or not. Are those flaps on the front or covers that pop off?

They pop off and that fan looks fine.

Optical drives are oldschool B)

To clarify...

Those front parts pop off.. the leds are from the fan.. and your fan looks great... and yes optical drives are old school... but since you want green.. I'd go with this instead

The red on the other mobo would clash with the green leds from your fan :)

/e

Call microcenter and see if they can set those 2 parts aside for you since you will be there in XXX time... the one on long island did that for me when my wife was working in jersey city for a week and i went with her.
