I suggest you got 50$ over the build and take these parts, you've got a powerful i5 processor combined with one of the best GPU's available now, a good PSU to handle everything properly and 8GB of RAM.

  • Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 1329MHZ 4GB 7.0GHZ GDDR5 2XHDMI DVI DisplayPort PCI-E Video Card
  • Intel Core i5 I5-4460 Haswell 3.2GHZ Processor LGA1150 6MB Cache Retail
  • ASUS H81M-A uATX LGA1150 H81 DDR3 1PCI-E16 2PCI-E1 SATA3 USB3.0 HDMI Motherboard
  • Anidees AI6 Mid Tower ATX Aluminum 3X5.25 7X3.5 8X2.5 USB3.0 Case No PSU - Black
  • AMD Radeon RE1600 Entertainment Series 8GB 2X4GB DDR3-1600 PC3-12800 1R CL9 1.5V Dual Memory Kit
  • Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200RPM 64MB SATA 6Gbps 3.5in Internal Hard Drive - OEM
  • Corsair CX Series CX600M 600W ATX 12V 80 Plus Bronze Modular Power Supply

You can find these parts on NCIXUS.com. If you'd prefer me to use another site where some of these are not available, let me know.

I'm already over the budget. The motherboard is less important than the other components. Tell me how a expensive motherboard would help him.
