Future AMD chips wont be out until 2016 and will be an entirely different socket so future compatibility is out of the question.

Besides that, whats your budget?

Oh? I was reading the current socket, or the last gen (?) was the same since 2011. So ALL future amd CPUs will be incompatible with my mobo if I do this? When was that announced? I'm fine with it unless AMD's next releases will give intel a run for their money.

Budget I have put down:

Mobo 75 - 125
PSU 40 - 75
SSD (125 - 150) OR HDD (60 - 120)
Memory 8gb for 50-75 - not too worried on this one. Seems pretty compatible and stable. SSD i could hold off on for example.

Rumor is the AMD isn't gonna make any more pure CPU's. Rumor is about 9 months old.

Oh, so they're sticking to the APUs?

What's the rationale on that?

I'm pretty sure they have announced that they are working on brand new CPUs for 2016.
I think they also noted [though this part idk if they did] that there will be no more module cores [like the 1 core 2 modules, how they get their "8 core"] so it will just be pure cores, and some architecture that they are making from scratch.
