Ok, so i'm looking to buy an SSD, i want ~500g

What brands are your guy's favorite? I want to just keep checking for a decent sale and i'd like a few brand names to look out for.

What I'm mainly interested in is a really nice price vs performance ssd (i keep hearing good things about samsung evo), so not bottom of the barrel, but i don't want to be paying a premium for performance i won't notice too much. its mainly a gaming build (will be doing office work as well, but i'm able to do that just fine with the pos at work, so im not too worried on that end).

I've tried looking up different benchmarks, but i don't know how much of that transfers into real world.

any brands you would recommend staying away from based on reliability?

this one would do?
