More specific use (what games, what programs): Photoshop, basic games WoW, runescape, Elder scrolls online

Do you need a sound or wireless card?: not sure kinda new to all of this

One: people won't likely help you until its closer to the date of purchase. Prices change daily, so they might do all this work now and it will be useless next week or in a month when you purchase.

Two: sound card isn't necessary, Mobos have integrated ones. Wireless card is only necessary if you want to use wifi/no cord and don't have some kind of USB wifi card.
