Hi guys. Topic title sums it up nicely, need help geting a new gpu.
Will be doing mostly gaming, some streaming maybe, ect

Comp specs
z97-a mobo
10gb ddr3
i5-4690k

Now about the case itself. It's an old atx case from the inside. Wood panels on the side. Back is regular pc (painted black)
Top has psu and filter+mesh, front has those dvd/hdd racks and same filter + mesh thing. (so its pretty open air breathing thing or atleast its supposed to be) + few breathing holes on the bottom.

Been checking this out. Atm one of the cheapest 970's around here (finland eu)
http://www.systemastore.fi/product_info.php?products_id=120428

Then theres 290x for 10€ more
http://www.systemastore.fi/product_info.php?products_id=110232

Now, im somewhat interested in that 970 but no idea if inno3d is any good actually? Also interested on the strix one since the fans are off till certain temperature. (it's just too expensive 389€ new and I've heard other manufacturers also got the same fan thing going??)
This is already pushing the € limit for me, not gonna get anything more expensive. (Got a baby coming next month and tons of other expenses) original budget was around 200~300€

Then I've seen some used 280x (and even 290-290x ~200+) for under 200€ but im pretty worried about heat/noise. (originally was thinking for 280x but since I started that case project..)
Haven't found any 770-780's for a decent price, any I've found are around 300€ ++ USED, doesn't make much sense to me? Some 780ti's for 400€+? Isn't 970 supposed to be atleast better than 770 and regular 780?
All the used ones have warranty but they state in their posts that they've been used for different coin mining (for example some 290x around 200€ claims been mained for 24/7 almost a year, still has 1-2 years warranty). new 280x,285's are around 250-300€.

(TL'DR) Well, it's a messy post. I guess my questions come down to:
-Is that 970 inno3D good at all? any real difference between manufacturers to justifyi such a huge price differences?
-Will the upcoming 960 affect prices of current/used cards? (nevertheless, waiting for this to show up and see how it affects things)
-is 280x/285 actually that hot/noisy (and how do they compare to 970? price/performance)?
-Any good sites that sell components pretty cheap in the eu? (I checked some german ones but the shipping was ~30€, bringing prices to almost same as here, maybe not worth the possible warranty hassle?)

Ty in advance :)

On the 280:
I don't think 280(x)(5) have any real noise issues - there may be brand specific ones. [such as powercolor]

Lowering used card costs:
If the 960 is cheap in a good way, it may nudge used cards down a little lower, but I would expect it to take a little while as people selling used cards are not selling.

place to shop:
IDK if its an option but have you heard of a forwarding/courier service?
Basically you buy stuff in one country [lets say the USA] and they ship it to you internationally. It may be cost effective to do that.

Someone recommended this one on another site.
Otherwise, i believe amazon UK will ship to finland? They have 290's for 215 euros. 290's do get hot though [not bad for the tech, will just heat up your room maybe if small]
