Well , I want to upgrade my PC , I know its old and pretty bad but this one I have for almost 4 years now and going to pass it to my dad .
I want your guys advice on what should I buy , motherboard , graphic card and so on .
I have a budget of around 1000 USD , I'm from Israel and if you could name the parts I could see if I can buy them here.

Thanks for any help in advance :)

The only thing you need to do to the old one for your dad's purposes is put another 2gb stick of ram in.

Lets get some basics, for US builder:

1 USD = 3.96 ILS

i5-4690K
USA = $239.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819117372

Israel = 1,190 ₪ = $300.00~USD
https://www.ivory.co.il/intel_cpu.html

300/240 = 1.25

It's probably safe to assume that parts cost around 25% more in israel.

Take that into consideration when building.

Yeah , everything is more expensive in Israel when trying to build a PC .
I thought about ordering from *** or something but the tax here will up the price just like I buy it here .
The site I gave you guys is only in Hebrew :(
So you can't see what type of parts they got there

Which means that the approximate budget is $800.00 USD on a US part picking site, unless Yakir has room to move on his $1000 budget.
