currently have a tower i built for like $900 in june of 2013. works for playing LoL and the old games i play at 2560x1440 but i haven't tried overclocking it yet (the monitor).

im thinking of buying a second monitor and possibly overclocking them both to 100-120hz. my question is pretty much how boss of a computer i will need for the 2 monitors at 100+hz. mostly just playing old games/LoL on one monitor and watching videos/browsing web on other monitor.

ill give away some fg if anyone wants to pick me a build for my needs, and let me know what a reasonable price range would be for my needs.

Give me the current status of the tower you built for $900.
Processor / amount of ram / graphics card / motherboard / battery power / etc. (whatever additional information you think I should know)
My current tower which is running ddr2 ram does basically what you're saying, its dual monitored using a gtx 680 graphics card. If you have 2x video ports or want to buy a switch for dual monitors it could cost an additional $10-$20 + another monitor which can range from $50-$200.
