More specific use (what games, what programs): CS:GO, DayZ, simple steam games nothing like skyrim though
Planned time until purchase: 1-2 weeks, depends on sales

Well he's not gonna get a desktop built for $410 any other way. :)

A fair to midrange desktop build w/o OS or peripherals is more like $800. Not trying to ruin your day, but rather trying to let you know what a computer that won't die on you in 6-8 months, will cost.

Im not sure if I agree with this, as i've had experience in desktops way cheaper than $800 that have lasted me years with no problems coming up. In fact, they're still going ham. Though I do appreciate the responses.

HAD being the operative word.

This is about the wimpiest I would go....and still have a good solid computer. Ofc, the vid card, can be downgraded, but at the moment it's the best price/performance vid card at this time and will do you well, far into the future.

Cool, now you can upgrade to 8gb of ram or to an fx 8320e from the build I posted.
