better off building one, you are on a computer at the moment, you have an os/disc drive.

the first one is better, as the second is made of old ass shit 4 years old.

Yeah it will, but you'll end up with a computer that won't break on ya, or have problems, that YOU don't cause.

But if you insist...the first one you linked, by leaps and bounds.

you can get away with a cheaper computer depending on your uses.
