Ur gonna have to go with an apu if you can't go over 500
Or
Downgrade ram to 4gb,downgrade gpu,
Limited choices from cc, but for csgo and d2 it's overkill

Given the budget, and your want to go to Canada Computers (I only shop there personally)

This is the best I can come up with for bang to buck at the dollar mark. You can easily go with a cheaper power supply and up the APU a bit, but it's better to have the power for future when you're ready to throw in a solid video card into it later, and have reserve power for it.

So you don't need a blueray player anymore?
What about windows?

Glad you woke up and realized you were being unrealistic.
