Everyone here will tell you to not buy any of those and build your own. those are awful computers.

If you are against building your own, add a few hundred to your budget.

All of them are terrible to be 100% honest with you. You'll need a higher budget. If you buy one of those, you're gonna say, "Damn I need to upgrade this" after using it for a week and end up spending more money in the long run.

Do you need a monitor, OS, and peripherals?

500-600 custom built comp will literally be ten fold better than the ones you listed. Instead of paying 45+ shipping, pay ncix 50 to build the comp for you, after you get all Ur components.

Fill out sticky, for best help.

Budget:600
Use: Netflix/Diablo 3 reapers of souls / guild wars/ steam
Purchasing now
I have a broken laptop with Windows 8.1 os is it possible to use that? If no then yes I will need to have win7 or 8.1
I would like a decent video card that I am able to upgrade as I save more. Quad processor with memory to support the video card. Hd memory can be reduced as I can run an external hd. Was thinking of having HDMI ports so I can run a tv as a monitor, that being said would I need a sound card? I also use Skype so would like a mic capability
No idea about the cooling part. Open to suggestions

Mouse+keyboard If room in budget if not I can make due for now and buy them later.
Shipping location approximately: postal code b2w3x9 Canada

TBH that's a solid build dollar to performance wise.
