Two on the top blowing air out, one in front taking air in, and one in back blowing air out.
& when my cooler comes it'll be blowing air up into one of the top fans.

Is that a correct way to have them?

Some people will tell you to have the cooler blow to the rear exhaust, some people will tell you it's okay to have the cooler blow to the top. From what I've read, the difference is like 4ºC max. I have my cooler blowing to the rear exhaust.

Ideally pointing to the rear exhaust because you take advantage of direct air flow from the front air intakes. If you have it facing up and down, air flow can be limited by the graphics card. However, since you have way more exhaust than intake, you likely won't see a noticeable difference either way.
