Looking for something that will last
Budget:~ $400-1000 (looking for a comparison of a budget build vs a killer build)
More specific use (what games, what programs): Call of Duty, MineCraft, Roblox (hes pretty young, so i'm looking for something that can grow with him)
Planned time until purchase: within the week
Do you need an Operating System?: no
Do you have any specific preferred components?: no
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: yes
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: no
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: no
Zip code/location? (Shipping costs): he lives in Central Arizona, 85302 I think (I no longer live in AZ with him, ill update his address when I get it)

Little over budget but this will do just fine for awhile :)
Note, 16 gb of ram can be changed.
