Doesn't have to be silent but quiet is better. The max budget is 50 bucks but I don't really want to spend that much. Not going to overclock, max going to do is stream League. Doesn't have to be the best, just would prefer something a little less noisy than this stock one
AMD 8320 CPU btw.

CM 212 Evo
Or the zalman 9500
Both work great.

212 evo should be cheaper on other sites I would assume
Edit: what case do you have?

Remember, w/e CPU cooler you get, you don't HAVE to run it at 100%. You can set a fan curve in the BIOS, for the CPU and on some mobos, for the case fans (plugged into the mobo) as well.

that, or just get the hyper 212 ( not the evo, just 212 plus or w/e, think it doesn't have a fan? can't remember, but cheaper ) and get a noctua fan to replace it. or noise blocker, SILENT fans.

Newegg has been selling out of the 212 Evo's as fast as they can stock it. I bought mine off Amazon for $35 a few days ago.
