Friend is on a super budget... but he can't run wow anymore.

I have a 6950 I am going to give him but he needs everything else...

Was thinking a AMD FX-4200 build...

I think he really just wants to play. The new expansion puts him at like 4 FPS. He has a very outdated all in one PC... Thank you!
