i run windows vista attempting to install diablo 3

said i needed to have service pack 2 - went to do updates - this was in this list so after 2 hours of downloading

i STILL dont have it apparently

what happened

Update probably failed to install. Run Windows Update again.

iv'e done that
everything updated successfully ...still doesn't work
