Check Task Manager, make sure that PoE processes aren't still running in the background.

will take a look,

something I find weird, in bios it says I have 4gb of RAM installed, in memtest as well, but in windows it says I have 2gb of physical RAM. Is that normal? Is it cause of my GPUs memory?

you can see 2053Mo reserved in gray..

omfg.

cant believe I endured this slowness for that long.

I removed heatsink, cleaned it, cleaned old thermal paste on both ends...

Purchased arctic silver 5, applied a thin layer...reinstalled heatsink and cpu.

Reseated RAM.

WOW. Used to have 55 c idle, now im at 28....

and now it uses the whole 4gb!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NIGHT AND DAY

so happy. and it only cost me 15 bucks of paste.!

More than likely you just needed to reseat the ram.. however lowering your temps is never a bad thing :)
