CM 212 Evo. It'll handle mild to moderate overclocks fine. Also, since it seems you're going to be using your PC for games, you won't need 16 GB of RAM. You'll be fine with 8 GB. Finally, there isn't much difference between the pastes. Once they set, they all work similarly.
