Budget: ~1200-1300 a little over a little under not the end of the world
More specific use (what games, what programs): MGSV Ground Zeroes and The Phantom Pain, photoshop elements, other graphics software
Planned time until purchase: Soon, within a week or two
Do you need an Operating System?: Windows 7 if still possible (will be purchasing this, nn pirated)
Do you have any specific preferred components?:
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: neither
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: stock cooling is fine, dont know if friend will want to install a custom cpu cooler.
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: A decent 1080p monitor for around 120-150$ would be stellar
Zip code/location? (Shipping costs): 27284

If you guys can build it all on one sight that would be awesome, or maybe build it on a sight that might assemble it for me. I've built one but this is for a friend that might not want to build it on his own and ik there are websites that will do it for like $50

Also Give me some options for cases, he said he doesnt plan on moving it so a large case with nice cable managment to make it easy for him cant hurt, it will be his first pc build.

Let me see what you guys can do, fg for the build i like the best.

more gaming than heavy editing and stuff, and even the editing and stuff im guessing isnt going to be a daily thing so a long-ish render on a video or something isnt going to kill

anyone else have opinions for builds? I really dont think he will want a ssd or extra cpu cooler because this will be his first build and hes not the brightest bulb, but more than capable.

it's not an extra cpu cooler, you replace it with the stock.
why doesn't he need ssd? if he dun want it, take it out of build, invest in better monitor.
tho the build is outdated now, bump in 2 days before he actually plans to purchase.
