you have a good PSU, but the R9 290 is a power hungry whore. stick to Nvidia, you can get used 770 on €Bay under 250$ if you don't mind used ( i've bought used in past, no problems thus far ).

since you're streaming, why not consider going AMD?

Get a 4690k and 8GB of RAM. You have no need for 16 GB, regardless of streaming or not. So many people think they need 16 GB, but they're wrong 99% of the time. You'll have extra money to spend on the CPU or GPU.

well i only grabbed the 16gb cause it was mega cheap with all these 25$ with google pay and masterpass discounts
