got windows 7, shipping to Canada (a1b3m5 for shipping costs)
Price range 500-700$ CAD, Plan to buy around boxing day for sales,
no need for keyboard mouse, or screen. Any other questions, ask
pc will be for games mostly cs:go and battlefield

Save $50 if you drop to an FX-6300. Even if you do that, you can run BF4 on medium settings and get 60+ fps.

Drop to the 6300 and overclock a little since you added a cooler. Plus that board should be able to handle some.
