Now I'll tell you about my PC. I'm not looking for a full build, just an upgrade.
At this moment when I play i.e Far Cry 4 - I got to play it with Low Graphics and it's still a bit laggy. I'm looking for graphics ~high with a decent (+45, 60) FPS.

My PC:
RAM: 4GB DDR3 ~1400Mhz (2x2gb)
CPU: i5
GPU: Sapphire Radeon HD 7770

So as I'm looking for an upgrade with small budget, I was planning on buying a new GPU. What GPU should I buy with that budget? As explained above, i.e Farcry4 lags on low graphics.

i'd just save another 100, and get 970.
