Slightly over budget. I would recommend overclocking the CPU (the G3258 does it easily and nicely, even on stock cooling) to about 4.0 GHz.

it's an APU, so it won't need a GPU. Especially for league.

Also, the g3258 CPU is better than the i3 4130.. don't know why you would want that, the 2 extra core won't benefit you anyways. Meanwhile the g3258 overclocked will be giving you shit ton more perf. lol
