Hi, I was looking for a ... yea kinda netbook with a few stats:

Screen: 10-12
Screenres: hd ready
Operating System: Windows 7 / none
Battery lifetime under usage (eg. Movies, not with minimum screen brightness): 5h minimum
Quality has to be good, not a Thinkpad but at least it should be robust
Hard Drive with minimum 150 gb
Hdmi and min. 1x usb3

I do NOT need:

Windows 8 / Bing Os / Chrome OS / any other OS than Win7 (or Win xp if everything else fails)
Touchscreen
dual core processor
high ram
graphics card (intel graphics are enough)
convertable or stuff like that
included premium software
fancy stuff
a screen of the size mentioned above with borders 2 cm wide around it

Nowadays in the big technique stores you only find that innovative shit, which really pisses me of, back to the basics pls!

I hope someone can help me; main use for it: university, longer flights, basicly having it with me all the time, ms office, watching movies,...

Thanks in advance

Sindri

PS: wont comment on the price yet, but since I do not want all the fancy shit I hope it will be affordable.

E: Reinstall w7 ofc

EE: Rated at 5:26 continually using with wifi, can't find any info on how long it lasts with playing video for 5 hours.

EEE: May have to pay more for a mac or larger battery for 5hours continuous movie hours.

I would strongly consider looking into Windows 8.1 + classic shell. There are several benefits to it and it will have a [customizable] layout more reminiscent of Windows 7.

Hmm. I do not like the win8 feeling at all. Windows 7 looks perfectly fine for me. For now I think I'll try to find one of the machines mentioned above with german keyboard. :)
