Actually it isn't...unless were talking DDR4...as the RAM frequency goes up...so do the timing...it's pretty much just as fast either way...and the recommended RAM will have far fewer compatibility issues.

I already showed you the bench marks where timings don't matter. If timings mattered they would be lowering timings rather than raising megahertz.
