If you have the extra little budget since you don't need the PSU, drop some more on the GPU.

Already have my heatsink / fan Only real difference is the motherboard. Is this MSI one better than the ASrock one I picked?

They're very similar for decent OC purposes, but msi is a lot cheaper atm. Also get the e version of 8320.

Whats the difference? just uses less power??
