just a simple power supply that one end goes into an outlet, the other end goes into motherboard.
the motherboard has a processor and nothing else, technically the green light on the motherboard should be on right? cuz mine isnt im not sure if i fried my powersupply or motherboard.

you can do a paperclip test on psu to see if it is working somewhat

but motherboard may require 4pin or 8pin next to cpu

yea the 4 pin goes into the motherboard but doesnt turn on. then i plugged it back into my 8 pin motherboard still doesnt turn on. i think im screwed
