im not all that savvy when it comes to building computers but im looking to build a mid size computer

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113347 running that processor using it is a must

i was also thinking something along the lines of the new 980 for the graphics card

il throw out some fg to whoever throws me out a good build with tower, psu, hard drive, ect.

this is a straight from scratch build so i do need everything.

looking at roughly 1400 top dollar budget

At that budget with monitor, you're better off going 970 for the gpu. The extra $$ isn't worth it for the 980.
Also I'd go intel over the power hungry FX 9xxx. It's better to get 8320e and OC the hell out of it.

Minimalistic tower as in micro cases? Or did u mean dull, no fancy stuffs

sounds like a source 210 would fit you well.

Bro that 9590 is a 220W CPU, unless you plan on a serious water cooling setup...just get the AMD FX - 8350 ^^

There's only a few motherboards that can even run that CPU.
