Just installed this. Sapphire Radeon R9 270X Video Card - 4GB GDDR5 http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=8573338&CatId=7387 Final Price = $110

I went to CAN YOU RUN IT to check things out and its showing that I only have 3GB of video memory instead of 4GB. How do I fix this?

Use GPU-Z to see how much Vram the vid card has.

It probably is, but GPU-Z is the official vid card stats, program.
Not to mention Tigerdirect has been known (at least in the past) to substitute one product for another, or sell refurbs as new...etc.

I'm not saying they did...but GPU-Z will tell you for sure.

The 270X only comes in 2GB and 4GB flavors...so you probably have a 4GB card. System Requirements Lab, is still probably using software that's outdated.
