Hello, so im pretty bad with computers parts, and id like to stay in the range of 1500 and 200$, closer to the 1500 but i dont mind.

My teacher told me about a graphic card, he told me to take the nvidia geforce gtx 970 or whatever it was.
He told me not the 980 since the quality price wasnt worth it over the 970.

I would like a pc good enough to run most or all of the games.

I mean, i guess that with this price, its doable?

Nope i already have the logitech g710 keyboard, razer naga mouse, and a LG 24 inches monitor, I might just need a headset, whcih I think i will go with logitech, I had steelseries and ive had so many problems with it ..

since you have ton of $$ left over, you should try real headphones with modmic instead of "gaming" headphones

i was thinking instead of that, putting a 980 instead of the 970 and 16gb of ram instead of 8 gb
my headphone were good before they broke, and i looked on reviews of those headphones, and it looks like everyboy was happy with them, I might have just been unlucky with the pair I bought.

1000w PSU is unnecessary, but it is only $5 more than the 750w version.
GTX 970 SLI is also unnecessary, but it will allow you to play games at 4k with DSR enabled.
