Used a filter for CPU and mainboard compatibility. Any of those listed will work. The 2 you listed are probably not wide enough to support the cooler.

depends what a sophisticated user you are

if you want to do things inside your computer, like adding/removing a ssd or hdd, buy a bigger case

also the video card must fit, some video cards are long
