Do you need an Operating System?: No
Do you have any specific preferred components?: No
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: I believe so?
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: Don't know how to overclock, so no
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: None of the above
Zip code/location? (Shipping costs): 10036

If you are unsure about a sound card, you probably dont need one. However, if you connect to the internet with WiFi you need a wireless card.

Thanks dude looks really nice! wait what does a sound card do? If I don't get one, I don't get sound?

by the way, forgot to mention I could use a 120g SSD, I think that would be nice. Let me know if it can fit into the budget. I'm looking to buy this before the end of tonight (friday)

any motherboard has sound and ethernet incuded, just like any processor has a cooler included

about ssd:

there are many data storage devices on the market. I think best deal is to buy 240GB ssd + DVD writer (which can be external)

skip on the wireless network card and bump that gpu up to a gtx 750 ti (2gb is like bare minimum for games lately), otherwise, yeah that'd be okay i suppose. gpu is weak in that build compared to the 8320.

i'm running an fx-8320 + hd 7850, league maxed out constantly.

i'd suggest removing the dvd drive and getting windows 7 / 8.1 on a usb and installing windows that way, so few reasons for a disk drive tbh.

usb-flash-stick install takes ages, unless you buy an expensive 70MB/sec stick, which is same price as a DVD-writer.
