Heres the build, i need a video card i am not fond of paying 300 for a video card, i was looking for like 220-250 on sale. i mostly play league of legends and world of warcraft. i want a video card though that in 4-5 years wont completly explode with new games coming out. help and also if you have any suggestions about the build feel free to post if its good or not. Thanks!

120-144hz monitors (which are most of the more expensive ones) provide a much bigger benefit to games like FPS than they would for LoL and WoW.

If you want a temporary card that'll work just fine for now, get this for $130: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131570
However, don't expect it to last you 5 years worth of graphics advances.

An r9 290 for $250 (yes, it's back at $250!) could possibly last you 4-5 years on a 1080p monitor.
Back on sale, grab it before they're gone again!: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202080
