$639.85 - http://pcpartpicker.com/p/FX6M6h
This can handle any game on the market at 1080p. CPU and GPU will do great with a slight OC if you decide to in the future (might need extra power eventually), but are more than enough for now.

Very solid prices (but quite a bit of MIR), don't wait too long else you could lose some nice deals (best deals are often pre-black friday)

Since prices are changing a bit going to wake up 4 hours before work tomorrow and look at builds and pick best one to buy. STill iso these still prob buy the above ones just because it was just a 30 dollar change in price of the gpu. Post up and offer opinionsl, Thanks!

Get this before they run out: http://www.superbiiz.com/detail.php?name=AT-290TR4G&c=CJ
Use promo code
Code
GIVETHANKS
to save $15.

$269 for a 290 is still your best GPU option in your price range and still a good deal (It's a $300 GPU)
e/ That is, of course, unless you're willing to up your budget to the $750-800 range, in which case a 970 might be possible.

That is an amazing price for a great PSU.

@OP - Definitely get this instead of the EVGA I posted originally
