In the process of building my desktop. What exactly do I need to hook up more than just the 1 monitor? How do i connect 2 or 3 of them each with its own interface. Like 1 for gaming. The other to see my stream and the 3rd just to go around my desktop. Thanks.

Plug in all the monitors.
Open Nvidia Control Panel or Catalyst Control Center
Find the Monitor(s) tab
Set display affinity to each monitor. (Set Monitor 1, Monitor 2, etc)

The components for the pc i buy alllows for 3 monitors ro be pluged in or do i have to buy a seperate piece that connects to the tower and from there i plug in the monitors?

Your graphics card should have connections to run 3 monitors.
