I understand I am bottlenecking

I'm looking to switch to intel CPU/Mobo

Current problems;
I can't stream without delay in-game (even in LoL)
MMOs are usually low in FPS with medium-high setting (I rather play in High)
Start up is generally slow but not a big deal
Can't watch streams and play games without lag

Budget 300-400

Willing to drive to microcenter (1.5 hrs away)

Help pls? Thank you.

I'd personally drop $90 on a Phenom ii x6 1055t and overclock it to 4+ghz.

Better than an FX-6300 in most scenarios and trades a few blows with the 8-core variant as well.

I still love Thuban, it's still amazing.

Reason why I don't want another AMD is because last time I wanted to play a game (Wildstar) it wasn't optimized with AMD, their mistake ofc.

So I just wanna lower the chances of it happening again and go with a Intel
