Look at MX100 512GB vs Q Series Pro 256GB (same architecture in the 256 and 512 model), it's 1% better
and these are user scores, and the mx100 is infinitely more popular than the Q Series Pro so the data given has more weight to it for the MX100

ssd's have came to the point of speed isn't the issue with them, its reliability, warranty, size, and price

you will not be able to tell the difference between both or 100 different ones (after sata2 ones), UNLESS you are editing large files

Difference between the new SSD's ain't noticeable.

Go for the one which is most stable
