i mean honestly it doesn't look like you should have any problems with that setup, but i see a 300w power supply, how the fuck are you even running that machine

that graphics card is quite weak. You would want to replace that.
Since you have such a weak power supply you might have to change that too.
everything else is not needing to be upgraded to enhance skyrim.

Well my friend bought that exact model after I told him not to... for various reasons... he returned it.. but here are the reasons
AMD X100, X120, X150 processors aren't good for gaming... they are horrid compared to vischera X300, X350
That graphics card is weak
The power supply is weak (meaning you can't upgrade graphics cards easily)
Best bet would be to get a 430w corsair cx430 or cx430m and a 750 ti

yeah but you dont want a 660...
heres a 280 that performs much better fir 10 dollars more but has a 15 dollar rebate plus comes with a games card that you can keep and use or sell for about 35 dollars

You also dont need that big and bad of a PSU..you can use this, which is 35 bucks if you do the rebate. dont forget to use that 5 dollar off code on the page.

Then no, I wouldn't do it unless you started having issues. I wouldn't expect to see issues either.
As funion said that processor is pretty weak. youll end up wanting to replace that in a year or so.
Upgrading your processor and mobo will be pricy and time consuming. [since you have to reinstall windows]. so with a budget of 400, it would be hard to upgrade cpu, mobo, graphics and psu. Would do the graphics now because that is far weaker than your CPU.
Cpu and mobo next upgrade. ^^
