I thought i bought a decent computer, however i dont know much about them.

I have an HP Pavilion AMD 6 core 3.3 ghz .... 10gig ram

It has AMD Radeon HD 7450 in it, i think it has 1 gig dedicated memory...

I dont know what else to list, but I run skyrim, and diablo 3 but both are very choppy.

Will replacing my graphics card make everything run smoothly? Someone at best buy told me this one had a good graphics card in it.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

Not even close. Lol
Usually a prebuilt would have at least 1 good component, but in this case... Nope. If you got this not too long ago, I'd return it.
