I was plugging all my power cords and data cords in and came to the cpu 8 pin cord form psu. I already plugged in the 20 pin so looked for an 8 pin.
I have for mobo: Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard
and could only find a 4 pin connector with labeled ATX 12v. It is blue 4 pins (top- square / rounded, bottom - rounded / square)
I can fit the 8 pin cpu power cord into it but only 4 pins go in and they are all rounded.
Is this normal or am I missing something?
