curious if i should or should not oc my gpu

recently bought new pc with rtx 5070 ti ( its zotac ) and ryzen 7 9800x3d

currently i have about 45-68 degrees on my 5070 ti

is it safe to use the nvidia app oc ? is it even worth it ?

im playing on 2k resolution miniled 180hz with hdr

It is safe, it is not worth it.

I have a 5070ti, I have done lots of manual OC on it and let the app auto OC. Minimal difference and not worth the extra time or heat and strain on the card.

not sure if it will be beneficial with a 5070 but on my 3070 undervolting has given me lower temps and higher fps
