Fans, look at the CFM , higher the better for air flow, and DB lowest for less noise, makes gaming more stable.

also: if you can wait another 7-9 Months, we will have a better ideaa of Intel's Next CPU series, this is supposed to be meant more for Gamers, than Ai+ work station & Power efficiency.
Nvidia is also talking about Launching CPU's , so that is something to think about as well.
The AMD Ryzen 7 9850X3D is still a solid setup, and was more available for awhile at a lower cost, but Intel all the way now, Especially after the hole New big situation that happened with AMD Recently, That is a whole other story.
