I’m looking to get a laptop that would be able to run Poe2 and d2r well. Looking to spend around $2k but would go higher if needed. I don’t know much about computers so any help/links to laptops would be appreciated!

Neither of those games are graphically intensive so you could spend half your budget and find something sufficient.

Like this laptop from best buy wouldn't have any trouble
They're selling it for about 1200usd

Hey carolina,

Do you still need some laptop advice or have you bought one yet?

Remember, to keep your laptops battery working efficiently all the time the same logic applies to a phone, if you keep something charged 8 hours a day, it will destroy the battery due to overcharging. It's why phone batteries go bad because of overcharging.

My advice plug your laptop in fully let it charge and play your games, when the laptop comes down to 10/20% whatever it notifies you at, plug it in to charge and once its full remove the cable, this prevents overcharging and longevity with the laptop battery.

Just some advice hope it helps. :)
