I've got 2 computer's in critical condition, please help! Halp!

One computer the screen keeps going black off and on, how can I fix this?

And another computer I have freezes up on me, I did a windows software update then after the update it's been freezing up on me ever since.. how can I fix this?

Any recommendations, anyone ever have these issues?

Define the problem a bit more in detail. This would be the first recommendation.

Screen on/off Problem :
  • new cable
  • try to plugin an other display
  • try other display port / hdmi on graphic card

Freeze :
  • roll back update / uninstall last windows update
  • check ram with tools

It could be so much more things than that, so if u give more information it helps to narrow down what could help.

There isn't much more details to give besides the fact I am able to log in to both computer's without any issue but then after logging in that's when both problems begin, the computer that's been freezing has 16gb ram I've taken both cards out then snapped them back in and tried a reboot that didn't help

Okay then, without more details there isnt much more information i can give.
What i would try for myself at this stage :

roll back updates - try it, if its still the same then
new install windows & drivers (e: save your important files before u do this!!!!)

if there is still a problem after a reinstall i would
check ram (WITH SOFTWARE - not physical plugin in and out)
check other hardware

if you did not try either switching the display ports (or hdmi), plug a new display in, reseting any kind of update / installation what you did before when it worked .. after reading my comment .. then
you should just give it to a computer store and let them fix it.

I've taken it to a computer store here, multiple times in fact but they were no help cuz the problem still persists, I'll try what you have recommended.

Thank you -

What about the computer that keeps giving a black screen?

black screen like the display searching for input again and again?
maybe resolution thing

u could also try to exactly explain it to chatgpt, but do not trust it for a 100%

Can you tell me is this computer pre built or did you build it yourself?
