Goto Settings -> Windows Security -> Device Security -> Core isolation
Try turn on Memory Integrity if its not at "ON" (Note once u click, see below "Review incompatible drivers"
if u click on it, it show u what driver(s) is/are incompatible and note those driver(s)
Update them manually
If this does not work, use the registry method (Create a restore point FIRST) edited this in case
Regedit
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\DeviceGuard\Scenarios
if "Scenarios" don't exist, under DeviceGuard create new Key "Scenarios"
Right click on Scenarios and create new Key "HypervisorEnforcedCodeIntegrity"
on the right page create new 32DWord (32-bit) Value name it "Enabled"
double click on "Enabled" and change the value to 1
Reboot computer
