I just built a pc all asus and lian li fans/aio. i can controll rgb on strimers and the bottom fans and the aio lcd but none of the others will let me change the rgb.

Did you try armoury crate for the Asus rgbs

I had a similar issue, fixed it by using only 1 fan hub and connecting it into the usb port on mother board. Lian li will flood you with fan hubs. Try and only use one.
