Last year around October they also had 20-30% coupons. Does that seem like a fair price with or without the coupon?

Intel's 13th and 14th gen CPUs were defective.
They tried blaming some voltage BS but it was a manufacturing defect
You will end up having problems with that CPU sooner or later
