ISO help on picking a PC on amazon (preferably)

i need something that will handle D2R, vid card cant be onboard the motherboard ofc
i got an SSD that runs my OS and a couple games i use plus apps etc, plenty of size

in a perfect world i would like to run the SSD as the primary drive with the case+ motherboard simply plugging into it, needs 8gb of ram, pref more, vid card, plus all other components included minus the screen mouse kb etc

what are my options or choices here, any help is appreciated, feel free to ask questions and i will do my best to answer

Canada, 500CAD, i got 8GGb of ram on my existing tower i hope to move over to the new one... i suspect the vid card and motherboard will be the high ticket items

What is your current ram? ddr3/4/5? How many sticks?

how do i check that? i know its 8gb ddrX? its in a lenovo ThinkCentre M93PSFFPC(Refurbished) bought 4 years ago, prob DDR 3

You're better off buying something like a Dell Optiplex 3070 mid-tower off eBay along with an RX 580 or better GPU. Should be doable under 400CAD

E: There's one now with i5-9500 16gb ddr4 512gb SSD, rx580 can be had for under $100CAD

how does that compare to the min specs: Video Nvidia GTX 660 AMD Radeon HD 7850 Nvidia GTX 1060 AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT
