Just built a new PC. Updated some things, but I am wondering if there are any programs that can scan my entire computer and let me know what still needs to be updated to the most recent version?

Well, other then Windows itself, drivers for mb, gpu, nic are the important ones

which is open source and need not be installed into yr computer.
